Paul Erlebach has always been driven by a deep passion for health and wellness. While working as a personal trainer in college, he loved helping people move better and feel stronger, but he was consistently drawn to a deeper curiosity. He wanted to understand what truly drove results—why certain exercises created meaningful change while others fell short, and why progress looked different from one individual to the next. That pursuit of understanding led Paul to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a profession at the forefront of human movement and rehabilitation.
After entering clinical practice, Paul was again confronted with a deeper realization. Despite applying evidence-based techniques, outcomes varied widely between patients. Over time, it became clear that lasting progress was not just about the exercises or interventions themselves, but about how care was delivered. Physical therapy requires time, intention, and individualized attention—elements that are often lost in fast-paced, high-volume clinical models.
In 2024, Paul and his wife Ariel set out to build Sisters Physical Therapy with a clear vision: to create a practice that prioritizes quality of care over volume. They founded the clinic to deliver individualized treatment sessions, emphasize long-term outcomes, and redefine what physical therapy can be outside of the traditional corporate model. Sisters Physical Therapy was designed to support not only rehabilitation, but the journey forward. Paul’s personal philosophy is simple: every patient he treats should leave with a better relationship with exercise and movement than when they started. Whether returning to sport, work, or everyday life, Sisters Physical Therapy exists to help people move well—today and for years to come.

Ariel is the friendly face behind much of the coordination and care that keeps the practice running smoothly at Sisters Physical Therapy. From her home office, she manages scheduling, documentation, and client communications, ensuring that every patient experience feels personal, organized, and seamless. Ariel also works closely with her husband, Paul, assisting him at The Lodge and supporting treatments as his tech. In addition to her behind-the-scenes work, Ariel enjoys teaching Chair Yoga at The Lodge, where she loves connecting with residents and helping them feel their best through gentle movement and mindfulness.
A Corvallis native, Ariel graduated from Oregon State University in 2017 with a degree in Speech Communication. Her studies sparked a lifelong interest in building meaningful connections and helping people feel seen and supported, values that carry through in all that she does.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Ariel outdoors with Paul and their Australian Shepherd, Bear. The three of them love exploring Central Oregon’s trails, mountain biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and traveling whenever they get the chance. Whether it’s hiking to a new viewpoint or chasing one of Sisters’ stunning sunsets, Ariel feels most at home in nature and is grateful to live in a community that shares her love for the outdoors and wellness.
